Veena Phull originally qualified as a social worker in 1990 and thereafter worked as a social worker and then probation officer for 5 years, dealing with child protection issues and high risk and young offenders. David joined the Exeter office in 1984. In 1987 he transferred to head up the Exmouth Office and became a Partner in 1988.
