All our trainees are supervised
daily by a partner and have the opportunity to cover four major
areas of law at any of our four offices. Wherever possible we
try to arrange for the trainee to be in their chosen area during
the last seat. Appraisals are conducted at six monthly intervals
by the supervising partner and regular contact is maintained with the
Principal throughout the period.
